Refund policy

Each product purchased from Store is made to order. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully consider factors such as size before placing an order. Size charts for clothing can be found on the product pages.

Our products have a paid return policy. The right of return does not apply to personalized products, such as those personalized with the customer's name or other identifier. We charge a €5 return fee. There is no exchange option for our products. The returned product must be unused and have all tags attached.

If the entire order is returned, we will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. Additionally, we deduct a €5 return fee from the refunded amount.
If only part of the order is returned, we will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. Additionally, we deduct a €5 return fee from the refunded amount.

Product returns damaged due to careless packaging are not covered by the return policy.

Failure to collect an order is not the same as returning it. Customers must first contact us by email merchstore@nitrogames.com to inform us of a potential return.

The right of return is valid for 14 days from when the customer receives the ordered products.

In return cases, the refund will be processed through the system to the customer's chosen payment method, not by bank transfer.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If a customer wants to return a product/products, they should contact our customer service at merchstore@nitrogames.com. The subject line should read "Product Return" and include the order number.

The product/products are returned via DHL. Products should be carefully packaged, ideally in the same package they were delivered in.

We will process the return/exchange once the package has arrived.
