Terms of service
Nitro Merchstore (“Store”) and its merchandise platforms are owned by Nitro Games Oyj (VAT FI2164819) (“Nitro”). The following general terms and conditions apply solely to the trade relationship between Nitro Games Oyj and its customers in this Store.
Nitro reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of order placement will apply to the trade relationships, as indicated on the Nitro.com website. Changes mandated by law take immediate effect unless otherwise specified by law.
Nitro is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure. Customers will be notified as soon as possible once such an obstacle is identified.
1. CUSTOMER
Nitro sells products to legal-age consumers. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of a guardian to make purchases on our online store.
Consumer transactions adhere to the current consumer protection legislation of Finland and the European Union. These terms and conditions do not apply to the extent that they restrict consumer rights mandated by imperative legislation.
Customers are obliged to provide complete contact information when placing an order, including at least the name, address, valid phone number, and email address.
Delivery time estimates are based on information provided by logistics companies. Nitro and its suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable changes beyond their control. The sales contract comes into effect once the order is logged into Nitro's system.
Customer information is stored in Nitro's customer registry and is used for maintaining and managing customer relationships. Nitro reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is reason to suspect fraud. All fraud suspicions will be reported to the police.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Product prices are visible on the Nitro.com website and its merchant platform. When selling to another EU country the prices include VAT (25,5% as of 1 April 2025). Outside the EU area, the prices are tax-free.
If product prices change before order processing, ordered products will be delivered at the original price. If changes are made to the order, the price will be determined according to the current price at the time of the modification. In case of a price decrease, the product will be delivered at the new lower price. We reserve the right to make changes to the model of the product for sale.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment services are provided by selected payment providers, including PayPal. For any complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
4. DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery methods are specified on the Store website. Delivery times may vary by product, and estimated delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
The average total delivery time for an order is 5-10 business days.
If different products in an order have varying delivery times, the order will be shipped based on the longest delivery time.
We deliver your order through DHL or another transportation service directly to your door.
We reserve the right to potential delays caused by suppliers and DHL. We also reserve the right to longer delivery times during holidays and promotions.
In case of delivery delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase, provided that your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel the delivery, and it will be delivered to you.
5. PRODUCT RETURNS
Each product purchased from the Store is made to order. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully consider factors such as size before placing an order. Size charts for clothing can be found on the product pages.
Our products have a paid return policy. The right of return does not apply to personalized products, such as those personalized with the customer's name or other identifier. We charge a €5 return fee. There is no exchange option for our products. The returned product must be unused and have all tags attached.
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. Additionally, we deduct a €5 return fee from the refunded amount.
If only part of the order is returned, we will refund the price of the products but not the shipping costs. Additionally, we deduct a €5 return fee from the refunded amount.
Product returns damaged due to careless packaging are not covered by the return policy.
Failure to collect an order is not the same as returning it. Customers must first contact us by email info@Nitro.com to inform us of a potential return.
The right of return is valid for 14 days from when the customer receives the ordered products.
In return cases, the refund will be processed through the system to the customer's chosen payment method, not by bank transfer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If a customer wants to return a product/products, they should contact our customer service at merchstore@nitrogames.com. The subject line should read "Nitro Product Return" and include the order number.
The product/products are returned via DHL. Products should be carefully packaged, ideally in the same package they were delivered in.
We will process the return/exchange once the package has arrived.
6. WARRANTY AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
6.1 Warranty
Our liability for defects is determined by applicable law. If you notice a defect in a product, please contact our customer service, even if the return period has expired. We are responsible for all defects present in the product upon receipt, even if the defect is discovered later. However, you must report the detected defect within a reasonable time after noticing it.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty, nor are damages caused by external factors such as accidents or use contrary to care and usage instructions.
If the product has a manufacturer's warranty in effect, the warranty conditions are determined according to the manufacturer's terms.
The following must be included with a warranty return:
- Order confirmation or receipt sent by email
- Contact information (phone number, address, and email)
- Written description of the defect or product error

6.2 Product Defects
We are responsible for ensuring that our products are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a faulty product or suspect that you have received a faulty product, please contact us by email at info@nitro.com. Use "Notice of Defect" as the subject line and include your order number. Provide a brief description of the defect in the product, and attach a picture illustrating the reason for the complaint.
Discoloration of products is not considered a product defect, as it is considered normal wear and tear, provided that the products were not like that upon receipt.
In some complaint situations, we may ask you to return the product to us at the address below. Proper protection and packaging of the product are the customer's responsibility. Damaged product returns due to careless packaging are not covered by the return policy.
For product defect cases, the product must be unused and in absolutely new condition, with all labels and tags intact. The images on our website are only an approximate preview of the final product. We reserve the right to minor variations. Colors and patterns of product images may be perceived differently on different screens.
As a significant portion of our products is crafted by hand, it's not uncommon to encounter minor discrepancies. Below is a non-exhaustive list detailing elements that may be present in our:
- Flecks and subtle variations in the print.
- Variances in fabric color, especially in the case of different brands being used for large/small/women's sizes.
- Stray threads on the shirt.
- Residue with a slightly sticky feel, resulting from the light adhesive used by our printer to prevent shifts during the printing process — it easily washes off.
- Occasional gaps or ink buildup when printed on or around seams.
- A faint chemical smell, a byproduct of discharge printing inks, which dissipates after the initial wash.
- Small spots of discoloration or dust on the shirt, typically originating from the printing press and easily removed through washing.
- Slight size differences between two shirts of the same size.
